Session 1:  Runs 4 weeks, May 27, June 3, 10 & 17 (Registration Deadline May 14) 

Session 2:  Runs 4 weeks, June 24, July 8, 15 & 22  (Registration Deadline June 14)     

FOLLOWING ARE THE LEAGUE FORMAT AND RULES, including player responsibility for submitting scores and player responsibility if you cannot make a game.

Format: 

• Players sign up as a single player, not a team.  Each League night, the 4 players on the court, play ½ hour with each player during the 90 minutes on the court.
• There are two game time-slots each Monday night:  7:00pm and 8:30pm
• On Tuesday, players receive their court time booking e-mail for the next Monday.  Players can also check their Homepage under View/Cancel my Booked Courts to confirm their playing time.
• If you cannot make the assigned Monday time slot, please follow through IMMEDIATELY by e-mailing info@kildonantennisclub.  Please help us ensure the leagues run smoothly by giving us as much time as possible to find a spare.  No-shows will be charged the KTC Court Booking Infraction Fee.

League Night Play Rules:

• Upon arrival, please pick up the scoresheet clipboard from the Clubhouse.
• 5 minute warm-up.  Play as many games as possible in each of the 30 minutes time-slots.
• Use no ad scoring for the final game in each time slot, if time is running out.

SUBMIT THE SCORESHEET TO CLUBHOUSE STAFF IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR MATCH!! or SEND AN EMAIL to info@kildonantennisclub.ca 

Player Movement Rules:

• Initial Box position determined by the Pro; then game counts or round robin information will determine player movement.

General:

• If there is rain, all matches are deferred to the following week.  The rain date is July 29.
• To secure your spot in the League, register and remit the fee.  The fee is $13.00 per session.  There are no refunds once payment is made. Click here for more information on KTC's financial policies.

To rank players properly at the start of the season, an NTRP rating is used. Please follow this link to find your NTRP rating.

Once you have found your NTRP rating, input it into your account by following the steps below:

1. Sign into your account
2. Click "Update my Player Profile" under the "PlayerConnect" heading
3. Check the box beside Singles or Doubles (or both)
4. Select your NTRP rating from the drop down box
