To gain access to the KTC Ball Machine, please register into the program.  This will trigger the $5.00 key charge, which is due immediately.  To obtain your Ball Machine key, visit the clubhouse during clubhouse hours.  Once you have the key (this includes if you have a key from prior seasons),  you may access the machine when the clubhouse is closed.  The machine is stored under lock and key in the washroom hallway.  Ball machine key holders may unlock the machine to utilize it and then must return it to the storage area and lock it back up again once their hitting time is complete.

Payment for using the KTC ball machine is on an honour system.  To reserve the ball machine, the member must book the court as specified below.  This booking triggers the $10.00 per use charge on your member account which we ask that you pay immediately after enjoying your hitting session.  Overdue usage fee charges will be processed to the credit card on file.  Click here for more information on KTC's financial policies.

How to book the KTC Ball Machine:

• Book the court indicating the “players” are you and the KTC Ball Machine.
• You may book on Court 4 or 5; one hour maximum
• You may not book during Prime Time hours (Monday to Friday;  6:00pm to 8:00pm and Sat/Sun/Holidays:  11:00am to 1:00pm)
• If you play-on past your original booking time-slot, send an e-mail to info@kildonantennisclub.ca indicating the additional time you utilized the ball machine.
