Register into the event(s) of your choice. The fee is $12.00 per event. When registering for doubles events, please enter the name of your partner in the "Additional information" box. Players must ensure they have entered the correct event based on their NTRP rating:
- Levels Definition: “Open” = 4.5 and up and “B” = 2.5 to 4.0
- Lower rated players may enter up.
- Higher rated players cannot enter down. (Entry will be removed.)
Singles are coed. Doubles may be mixed gendered. Novice players should enter into the "B" event.
PLAYER AVAILABILITY: You must be available to play:
Monday - Friday: 6:00pm to 11:00pm and
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am to 11:00pm
There is some ability to alter scheduled matches. All requests to alter match dates/times must be sent in writing to info@kildonantennisclub.ca. The decision of the Drawmaster is final. In general, players must make themselves available to play on their scheduled match day/time.
General information and rules:
- The Club Championship Committee reserves the right to alter the format and to set a player's rating and seeding if needed.
- The Drawmaster shall book the matches.
- Players will receive a court booking email to denote the date/time of each of their matches.
- Players are responsible to know their match play date/time.
- Check this by going to your Homepage, View/Cancel My Booked Courts
- The Committee/Club will not be responsible for misinformation over the phone.
- Players will play 1 match per day, unless there is a weather event.
- All matches are best of three, with a 10 point tie break in the third set.
- Night matches will be played under the lights.
- Proper tennis attire is required, including flat soled tennis shoes.
- Entry fee must be paid to finalize entry into the tournament event. NO REFUNDS.
- PLAYERS must communicate their score to the Drawmaster in-person in the Clubhouse or via email at info@kildonantennisclub.ca
