ALL MATCHES ARE BEST OF THREE, WITH a 10 POINT TIE BREAK IN THE THIRD SET.  Players must submit score information to info@kildonantennisclub.ca.

PLAYER AVAILABILITY:Matches run Mon-Fri from 6:00pm to 11:00pm & Sat-Sun from 9:00am to 11:00pm.  There is some ability to alter scheduled matches.  All matches must be completed within the tournament event date window.  Send requests to alter match dates/times to info@kildonantennisclub.ca. The decision of the Drawmaster is final. In general, players must make themselves available to play on their scheduled match day/time.

General information:

  • Players are responsible to know their match play date/time.  Check this by going to your membership account Homepage, View/Cancel My Booked Courts.
  • The Drawmaster shall book the matches. Players will receive a court booking email and the match will be listed in your account under View/Cancel My Booked Courts.
  • The Committee/Club will not be responsible for misinformation over the phone.  Players will find the most up-to-date match information under View/Cancel My Booked Courts.
  • Players will play 1 match per day, unless there is a weather event.  Night matches will be played under the lights.
  • The Club Championship Committee reserves the right to alter the format and to set a player's rating and seeding if needed.
  • Players shall register and remit the fee to finalize entry into the tournament event.  (For Doubles, enter your partner's name in the "Additional Information Box".) NO REFUNDS.
