The KTC Board of Directors reviewed the Constitution and is recommending several changes.  We believe these changes improve the Constitution and codify several important governance practices that are in place and followed by the Board. 

In preparation for tabling this item for approval at the Annual General Meeting, we want to get your feedback now.  Two meetings will be held:  May 6, 2026 and Sept 16, 2026; both meetings will run from 7:00pm to 8:15pm.  The deadline to register for the meeting is May 1st, 2026 and September 10th respectively.

To attend the meeting, please write to info@kildonantennisclub.ca and ask us to register you, or self-register by choosing the meeting you wish to attend and following the prompts to register.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for MEMBER CALL TO ACTION:
This process is intended to hear issues in advance so that any changes that may arise can be incorporated and agreed upon prior to the AGM.  This will ensure a smooth approval process at the AGM.  If you are interested in participating in discussions regarding the Constitution, please:

-review the documents

-submit a request for change (if desired)
