Annual General Meeting

Annual General Meeting - Nov 5, 2024; 7:00pm-8:15pm

The Board of Directors of Kildonan Tennis Club invite you to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).  KTC constitution requires 10% of the membership to attend in order to ratify the reports and financial statements.  To RSVP, please select your attendance type. (Registration Deadline:  October 28th, 2024)   

In Person Attendance:  Meeting will be held at the Kildonan Tennis Clubhouse, 17 Valhalla Drive. 

Attendance By-Proxy:  If you will not be attending the meeting you may use the "Additional Information" box to enter the 2024 KTC member that you wish to assign your proxy to; or your proxy will be automatically assigned to Allan McElroy, President.
