BEGINNER 1

Rosedale's Beginner 1 programming aligns with the Tennis Canada Progressive Tennis Pathway which modifies the game with slower balls and smaller courts to make learning easier and more fun! Please note that if you don't have a racket we can lend you one when you arrive. 🎾

• Red Ball (ages 4-7) – The slowest and softest ball, perfect for beginners just starting out.

• Orange Ball (ages 8-10) – A medium-speed ball that helps players develop more advanced skills.

• Green Ball (ages 11+) – A slightly faster ball used to transition players toward using regular tennis balls.
