Cardio Tennis is a fun, fast-paced group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an amazing workout.
Program includes a live ball warm-up, high intensity feeding drills and point play.
Equipment like ladders, cones & markers used to introduce tennis specific footwork.
A great way to get in shape and sharpen your tennis skills!
