Rules and Regulations

General Rules & Regulations 

1. All members, guests and individuals who utilize the GNTC tennis courts must follow all rules & regulations set by GNTC. Rules & regulations may be amended, added, or deleted at GNTC’s discretion without prior notice. All signs and notices posted at the facilities are considered part of the rules & regulations.
2. Members and guests must follow all GNTC rules & regulations, written, stated or implied. Members and guests shall maintain a courteous and professional attitude with all members, staff and its property. Do not abuse the net or other equipment. Failure to follow these rules & regulations may result in the cancelation and termination of this agreement.
3. GNTC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion at any time.
4. Belongings may not be left in daily lockers overnight. Lockers will be opened nightly and found items turned into the office. GNTC does not accept responsibility for these items.
5. Members, guests and individuals must agree to pay all fees and dues in full upon registration.
6. Appropriate tennis attire is required.  T-Shirts are to be worn at all times. Only non-marking tennis shoes allowed on the court.
7. No pets, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, food, glass, or alcoholic beverages allowed on court.
8. Children under the age of 16 are not to be left unsupervised.

Guest Policy

1. Members are allowed to invite up to three (3) guests. Sponsoring members are to play on the same court as the guest(s). The sponsoring member is responsible for making sure the guest goes to the Main Office to pay the fee Prior-To-Play. Guests should not enter the tennis courts prior to paying the court fee. Members will be responsible for guest fees if they do not pay.
2. In the event of damage, theft, or vandalism to the facility by guest(s), members assume responsibility and liability. 

Reservations

1. All reservations are to be made with the GNTC online reservation system or office.
2. Courts may be reserved 48 hours in advance for members and 24 hours in advance for non-members.
3. Reservations are not transferable.  The member who reserves the court must be one of the players.
4. Reservations are limited to 90 minutes per day, per membership for singles or two hours per day, per membership for doubles. Back-to-back reservations are not allowed.
5. Junior members (on a Junior Membership (U18)) may reserve courts 24-hours in advance. Junior members are not restricted from purchasing an adult membership and having the same privileges as an adult member.
6. GNTC management reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel reservations at its own discretion.
7. Courts may be reserved at management’s discretion for programs, events, tournaments, and camps.

Cancellation Procedure

1. Registered players must claim their court within 10 minutes of the reserved time, or the reservation may be forfeited and the court assigned to players waiting for a court.
2. Members have until 11:00 am of the same day of the reservation to cancel a court reserved for the hours between 3 pm – 9 pm. For reservations between 6 am – 3 pm, members must give notice to cancel the day before.
3. If the reserved court becomes a no-show, a fee will be charged to the member based on the posted court rate. Having less than two (2) players constitutes a no-show.
4. Two no-shows during the month will result in revocation of reservation privileges for a month.

Coaching

1. Only persons authorized by GNTF/GNTC may use the courts for conducting coaching and/or instruction. Members are restricted to a reasonable number of tennis balls/pickleballs (maximum of 6 balls are considered reasonable) while on court playing. Personal ball hoppers/carts & ball machines are prohibited.
2. Nine (9) tennis courts will be designated for members and guests. Two (2) courts will be reserved for GNTC appointed coaching staff.
3. Three (3) pickleball courts will be desigated for members and guests. One (1) court will be reserved for GNTC appointed coaching staff.

Facilities

Operating Hours:     6:30 am – 10:00 pm DAILY

Membership Fees:

• Memberships paid on or before January 31 annually will have GNTF member fee of $35 waived.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Non-Member Rates:

• $20 per hour per court
• $30 per 90 mins per court
• $10 per person per hour (singles)
• $15 per person per 90 mins (singles)
• $5 per person per hour (doubles)
• $7.50 per person per 90 min (doubles)
