FUNdamental Programs (Ages 6 - 16)

The AFTC FUNdamentals programs are designed for juniors ages 6-16. It is the perfect program for players to learn the basics of tennis including serve, rally and score to be able able to play a sport for life. As a player progresses from one stage to another, more advanced techniques and ball control skills are introduced.

We offer many play opportunities for players to play the game in a fun, competitive environment. Please refer to our play days,  and Future Stars schedule.

NOTE: All equipment is provided by the AFTC.

Red Ball Fundamentals 6 - 8 years

We use a low compression balls, smaller courts, and racquets to develop the basic fundamentals and ball controls to learn to serve, rally, and score. Using appropriate equipment and games, kids develop agility, speed, and coordination to build a solid foundation to move on the court.
